caves

Exploring these caves has been the coolest thing I've done in a long time.

The print of this looks awesome (someone should buy it).

The goal here was to cross over to that dark hole over there and see how far that passage went..

Solution: drop rope through the roof and use the harness to "safely" cross the log.

Deas putting his years of over undering to use.

The real problem was that every possible surface here was covered with ice, so Ans kind of just soap grinded across that log.

Mission accomplished but that passage ended up leading nowhere.

That big black hole here is actually where a small creek runs through to the other side.

Insane.

This would be a good time to mention that there is constantly rocks and icicles falling here.. unfortunately I didn't bring a helmet.

Deas decided to free climb this small wall even though he hasn't climbed in months and we left the crash pad in the car.

This is actually way steeper than it looks.

Helmet or not.. one of these would easily kill you.. I stood there like a sitting duck.

Ans climbed up those rocks once again made of solid ice.
